How do we battle depression?

This is sometimes a difficult question to answer. Our minds are never persistent, no matter how hard we try. We are all sufferers of depression at some point in our life. Life is always a conundrum, and our moods and emotions are never consistent since we cannot constantly be satisfied with anything or everything. Because being happy always might leave you overwhelmed and unable to focus on the lighter side of life that deserves attention, life is all about having balanced emotions. Depression is a part of everyone's path, just as there is joy and grief in everyone's life. When we look at depression as a whole, some sufferers require therapeutic help, but some can help themselves in every scenario. Depression may mostly be treated with time and by instilling happy thoughts in our brains.
